I purchased this for my bachelor son as a Christmas gift. He has only used the blender function so far - but has declared it "great". He wanted a combination type product because of limited counter space. He has made a couple of "smoothies" with the blender and said he added 6 ice cubes and had no problems at all.
I purchased this through Amazon.com and was very satisfied with the shipping, packaging, and price. I would buy from this company again.
