Customer Review: "Low" seems hotter than "High"

I have used this cooker only twice. Apparently "low" setting is actually "high" and "high" is "low". I don't know if this "high" is low enough for you but I could cook stew without problem on "high" for hours, "low" made my stew like active volcanoes. You should check it out if you have this product already.
